Capital Acquisitions Limited comply with all aspects of the Data Protection Act of 1984 and the new act of 1998. We do not disclose details of our customers to any third party. We do not store any financial details (credit or debit card numbers).
Refund Cancellation Policy
In confirming your order, Capital Acquisitions Ltd will accept a fee of £495.00 per plot of land to cover the Legal and Administration fees.
- Upon the date that your legal and administration fee is collected, you have 7 days to cancel your order.
Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing and sent to Capital Acquisitions Ltd, Central Point, 45 Beech Street, London EC2Y 8AD
and your Land Consultant
should be advised via email or phone within the stated deadline.
- Refund requests must include the name of the buyer, the Site Name and Plot Number(s).
- All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder.
- In the event of a qualifying cancellation, the customers full Legal and Administration fee will be refunded less £40.00 service fee.
- All refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.
